If you need assistance using Fider head on over to our help docs and user manual. It's got search and AI based assistance too. It should include everything you need.

Only then, if it's not covered in the documents then feel free to reach out to our team and we'll get back to you as soon as we can. Bear in mind, Fider is primarily a free app so we don't have a dedicated support team, it might take up to 48 hours to hear back from us.
