We've ditched the soul-crushing legalese for something you won't need strong coffee to get you through. These are however still the binding rules between Fider and you - just without making your eyes glaze over.

Thanks for choosing Fider. We've put together these Terms of Service to clearly explain what you can expect from us and what we need from you.
By using our hosted version of Fider from https://fider.io you're entering into an agreement with us covered by these Terms of Service, which also includes our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement.
If these terms or policies don't work for you, we understand – but you'll need to stop using Fider.
How billing works 💳
Some of our features require a paid subscription, here's how that works:
- You choose either monthly or annual billing
- We'll charge you at the beginning of each billing period
- Your subscription automatically renews
- You can cancel anytime through your account page
We need valid payment card information from you (we only accept card payments online) – this includes your name, address, and payment details. When you provide this information, you're giving us permission to charge your payment method for your subscription.
If a payment doesn't go through for some reason, we'll send you an email and ask you to complete the payment by the date specified, it might mean you need to input a new payment card.
All fees are exclusive of all taxes VAT, GST, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.
Price changes
Sometimes we need to adjust our subscription prices. If we do:
- We'll let you know before any changes take effect
- New prices will only apply at the end of your current billing period
- You'll have time to decide if you want to cancel before the new price kicks in
If you keep using Fider after a price change takes effect, that will be taken as your agreement to the new price.
Refunds
We handle refund requests individually based on the specific circumstances. Reach out to us if you need to discuss a refund, and we'll work with you to find a fair solution.
Your account 🫵
When you create an account with us:
- Please provide accurate, current information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Let us know immediately if you notice any unauthorized access
You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, so choose a strong password and guard it carefully!
Links to other websites
We might link to other websites, but we don't control them. We're not responsible for their content or practices, so we encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies before using them.
Account termination 😞
We hope it doesn't come to this, but we may need to suspend or close your account if these terms are violated. If that happens, your access to Fider will end immediately.
Want to leave us? You can stop using Fider anytime you like, no nasty notice period, just head to settings > billing > and follow the link to cancel your account.
Liability limitations
We work hard to provide a great service, but we can't guarantee perfection. Fider provides its service "as is," without warranties of any kind.
We're not liable for:
- Interruptions in service
- Third-party content or actions
- Data loss
- Unauthorized access to your account
- Other indirect damages related to your use of our service
Legal Framework
These terms are governed by English law.
If we don't enforce a particular provision, that doesn't mean we're waiving our rights.
And if a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest will still apply.
Updates
We may update these terms of service periodically. For significant changes, we'll provide at least 30 days' notice.
And if you continue using Fider after changes take effect it means you accept the updated terms.
