We rely on a handful of solid companies to handle some of the behind-the-scenes admin stuff. We're talking about sending emails, processing payments, and making sure your support message gets a reply from a real life human being.

These are our company processors. They handle specific bits of your personal data on our behalf, for very specific reasons.

We choose these companies carefully and make sure they are GDPR-compliant (or operate under appropriate safeguards), and only have access to the minimum data they need to do their job.

Paddle handles all of our billing and payment processing. They act as our Merchant of Record, which means they manage transactions, taxes, and invoices on our behalf.
Slack

We use Slack for internal team communication. Sometimes your support messages or relevant account info may be discussed here by our team in order to help you faster and more efficiently.
Google Workspace

We use Google Workspace for company email and document management. Any support or legal queries you send via email may pass through Googleβs infrastructure.
